Invitation to Bid for Solar Project

Cascade Water Alliance will accept sealed bids at its offices, 520 112th Avenue NE, Suite 400, Bellevue WA 98004 or by email, panderson@cascadewater.org, for the Powerhouse Solar Energy Project, generally consisting of designing and installing a photovoltaic system with a maximum AC nameplate capacity 100kW-AC PV system on the Powerhouse facility located at 2111 E Valley Hwy E, Sumner, WA 98390 (Project Site).

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Project Site.

Bids must be received on the Bid Form in the Request for Bid Proposals (RFP) no later than Friday, August 6, 2021, at 2:00 pm (stamped in and held).  All bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud.  Bidders and other properly interested parties are invited to be present at the bid opening.  Bids received after the specified time may be returned without consideration at the discretion of Cascade, which reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid or in the bidding.  Each Bid shall be made on the forms listed in the RFP and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Cascade and labeled with the Bidder’s name.  The Bid(s) and Contract are subject to compliance with prevailing wage standards of RCW Chapter 39.12 and all reporting requirements.
