Cascade Water Alliance (“Cascade”) is soliciting proposals for a multi-year contract for operations and maintenance services (the “Contract Services”) for Cascade’s White River-Lake Tapps Reservoir Project. Proposers must demonstrate experience and satisfactory performance with engagements of similar scope to the Contract Services, including with respect to the proposed Key Personnel.
