Cascade’s mission is to provide safe, clean, and reliable water to our members in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible way through regional leadership and strong relationships. Cascade is a municipal corporation comprised of seven municipalities (five cities and two water and sewer districts) in the Puget Sound region that joined together to provide safe, clean, reliable water supply to its 400,000 residents and employment population of about 380,000.
