Cascade Water Alliance maintains its Small Public Works Roster, Consultant Roster, and Vendor Roster in the MRSC Rosters online database. Businesses interested in working with Cascade projects using a roster contracting process must register at www.mrscrosters.org and select Cascade Water Alliance in the application.

Cascade is soliciting proposals for SCADA/Security systems maintenance services for Cascade’s White River Lake Tapps Reservoir facilities. Proposals are due by May 5, 4:00 p.m.

SEPA Notices

A Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) and Adoption of Existing Documents, dated November 28, 2022, for the normal and routine maintenance and repair activities for certain facilities that Cascade Water Alliance owns and operates within Pierce County, including within the cities of Buckley and Bonney Lake, has been prepared in compliance with the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) under Chapter 42.21C RCW by the Cascade Water Alliance (the project proponent and lead agency).

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public via the links below.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of the DNS and Adoption of Existing Documents. Written comments must be postmarked or e-mailed on or before December 15, 2022 to:
