Businesses interested in working with Cascade projects using a roster contracting process must register at www.mrscrosters.org and select Cascade Water Alliance in the application.

SEPA Notices
A Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS), dated December 19, for the Lake Tapps Reservoir Integrated Aquatic Vegetation Management Plan (IAVMP) has been prepared in compliance with the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) under Chapter 42.21C RCW by the Cascade Water Alliance (the project proponent and lead agency).
The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. Links to these documents are below.
This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of the DNS. Written comments must be postmarked or e-mailed on or before January 6 to:
