Cascade is offering a rebate for people and organizations in its service area to replace their lawn with native or drought-tolerant plants! If you meet all the requirements listed on the application, you can apply for a Turf Out rebate. Be sure to wait until you receive a confirmation letter from Cascade before beginning your project.
