Program planning is underway! The CSP team kicked off Phase I in January 2026. Planning work includes:
- Alternatives analysis on potential transmission pipeline routing and storage tank siting.
- Assessing system hydraulics (how the water will move through the pipe to meet projected delivery needs)
- Determine storage tank elevation and pipe diameter.
- Identifying real estate needs
- Evaluating permitting and agency coordination needs
- Conducting Communications and Outreach activities
This work will continue into 2027. The CSP team anticipates informational meetings on the work in 2027. Refer to the Program schedule for information.
